Autumn Sangria with Apples, Pomegranate and Figs

750ml bottle Balance Boldly Brut

250ml Oude Molen brandy

500ml pomegranate juice

350g pomegranate seeds

2 apples (cut into wedges)

65 figs (cut into quarters)



In a large jug filled half way with ice, add the fruit and top with the juice, brandy, and the chilled sparkling wine. Serve chilled.
