Blushing Easter Cocktail

90ml of Balance Sweet Temptation Sparkling Wine
30ml Gin
25ml lemon juice
3 drops rose water
2 strawberries for garnish
25ml cucumber syrup*
3 cucumbers
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

To make the cucumber syrup, peel three long cucumbers.
Blend one cup white sugar with one cup water until dissolved.
Add cucumber to blender until pureed.
Strain and store in a refrigerator until ready for use.

Shake gin, cucumber syrup, lemon juice and rose water, and then strain into Champagne flute.
Garnish with strawberries. Makes 1 cocktail.
