150ml Balance Winemaker’s Selection Cabernet Sauvignon (chilled)
1 Tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 Tsp Castor Sugar
100 ml Soda water
Strawberries
Orange and lemon (sliced)
Dissolve the castor sugar in the lemon juice then add the soda water.
Put crushed ice to the mixture and add the Balance Cabernet Sauvignon.
Stir well and garnish with strawberry, orange and lemon slices.
