2 cups Balance Boldly Brut Sparkling Wine
2-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled and coarsely chopped)
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup syrup
Soda Water
Mint sprigs (for garnish)
Mix-up the ginger in a cocktail shaker.
Add syrup and lime juice.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into 4 ice-filled glasses and add the Balance Boldly Prut.
Add a bit of soda and garnish with mint.
