1 bottle (750ml) Balance Winemaker’s Selection Chenin Blanc
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint chopped
2 Cups Grapefruit juice
1 Cup Pomegranate juice
sliced grapefruit pomegranate arils, and fresh mint for garnish
Heat water, sugar, and chopped mint in a small saucepan over medium/high heat.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
In a pitcher, combine both juices, and the full bottle of Balance Winemakers Selection Chenin Blanc. Stir to combine.
Add grapefruit slices and pomegranate arils into the pitcher.
Chill until ready to serve, at least 2 hours.
