Balance Classic Shiraz Rose

1 medium ripe papaya

 

Peel the papaya, and cut it in half.

Scoop out all the seeds and chop roughly, add to a blender and puree.

Mix 1½ cups puree with 1½ cups rose and stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, making sure to fill it to the top.

Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each mold and freeze overnight until solid.

Once set remove the pops and enjoy!
