Peach & Plum Sangria

1 bottle Balance Classic Chenin Blanc Colombar (chilled)

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup water

½ cup peach brandy

1 cup peaches (sliced, skins left on)

1 cup plums (sliced, skins left on)

1 cup cherries (stemmed and pitted)

 

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.

Place the fruit in a large pitcher and pour the sugar syrup over the top.

Add the peach brandy and stir.

Add the Balance Classic Chenin Blanc Colombar and serve over ice.

Serves 4 to 6
