250ml Balance Winemaker’s Selection Sauvignon Blanc
200g White Sugar
60ml White Rum
20ml Lemon juice
1 Lime wedge (garnish)
Crushed ice
Take the Balance Winemaker’s Selection Sauvignon Blanc and add the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is a syrup.
Let the mixture cool down in the fridge.
When making the cocktail, in a shaker, add ice, Sauvignon Blanc syrup (60ml), 60ml white rum, 20ml lemon juice. Mix well.
Strain into a glass and garnish with a lime wedge
Serve and enjoy!
