Sparkling Cocktail

1 bottle Balance Boldly Brut (chilled)

1 tsp sugar or sugar cube (per glass)
aromatic bitters
Lemon twist (garnish)

Place the sugar cube on the bottom of each Champagne flute or coupe glass.

Douse the sugar with four to six dashes of bitters and fill each glass with Brut.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
