1 Bottle Balance Sweet Temptation
½ Cup Sugar
Strawberries
100ml Lemon Juice
250ml Water
Pour the Balance Sweet Temptation into a bowl and place in the freezer for 3 hours until the wine is “crushed ice” frozen.
Pour the sugar into a small saucepan with 250ml water and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Crush the strawberries and add to the saucepan, stir until the sauce thickens. Strain the liquid.
Remove the sparkling wine from the freezer and put the icy mixture into a blender, add the strawberry syrup and the lemon juice and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
