2 cups Balance Winemaker’s Selection Shiraz

250ml cherries, pitted and halved

1/2 cup blackberries

1/3 cup blueberries

4-5 strawberries, cut into thick slices

1 apple, diced

1 peach, diced

1 lime, thinly sliced

a Few lemon slices (optional)

2 Tablespoons water

2 Tablespoons sugar

Juice of 1 orange

1/4 cup brandy

Add water and sugar to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Stir for 30 seconds or so until dissolved. Remove from heat. Set aside to cool.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the red wine, orange juice, brandy, and cooled simple syrup. Stir to combine.

Add the cherries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, apple, peach, lime, and lemon slices if using. Stir to combine.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but up to 4.

Once ready, skewer the fruit onto skewers and enjoy!
