1 Cup Balance Classic Semi Sweet Muscat
6 Cups Watermelon cubes (seeds removed)
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Add the watermelon cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Sieve the pulp from the juice, remove the pulp until only the strained juice is left in a bowl.
Take the juice and add the sugar and lemon juice, and Classic Muscat, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Take the bowl of juice mixture and put in the freezer and freeze for 3 hours. The mixture will now be a slushy consistency.
Serve a spoon full watermelon slush into a glass and pour in additional wine.
Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
