Whisky Sour Cocktail

60ml Balance Winemaker’s Selection Cabernet Sauvignon

30ml Whisky

20ml Lemon Juice

30ml Golden Syrup

Lemon peel for garnish

 

Add together in a shaker, the whisky, lemon juice and syrup with ice and shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass with crush ice.

Pour the red wine over the whisky ice mixture.

Garnish with a curled lemon peel
