Orange Chardonnay Sangria

1 bottle Balance Winemaker’s Selection Chardonnay

1 cup Orange flavoured brandy-based liqueur

1/4 cup mint

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup sugar

2 peaches (sliced into wedges)

1 mango (chopped)


Cook the sugar and water in a saucepan until dissolved then transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.

Stir in the liqueur, bottle of wine, mango, peaches and mint.

Pour over ice and serve.
